PGN Limited is a small, specialist team doing technically demanding work that matters. We are building the UK's most rigorous AI testing practice — and we are looking for the people who want to shape what that means.
We hire researchers, engineers, and domain specialists who care deeply about the quality of AI deployments and want to work at the cutting edge of LLM evaluation, adversarial testing, and AI assurance.
PGN Limited is deliberately small. We are not trying to be a generalist consulting firm or a staffing agency for AI projects. We are building a deeply specialist practice in AI testing — which means we hire slowly and carefully, and we invest heavily in the people who join us.
Day-to-day, you will work directly with clients — presenting findings, discussing methodology, and translating technical results into language that engineering and compliance teams can act on. You will also help develop our internal methodology and tooling, contributing to a practice that is still being built.
We are remote-first with monthly in-person sessions in London. We do not track hours — we care about the quality and impact of your work. We share equity with early team members who want a stake in what we are building.
We do not have any open positions at the moment. If you work in LLM evaluation, performance testing, red teaming, or AI risk, feel free to send a short introduction to contactus@pgnlimited.com.
If you are exceptional at something that matters for AI testing and there is no current opening that fits, we want to hear from you anyway.
We are particularly interested in: RAG systems researchers, NLP specialists with evaluation expertise, domain specialists with deep knowledge of UK financial services or healthcare AI, and technical writers who can translate LLM testing results for non-technical audiences.
